05/25/2016 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Wednesday) : SEASON FINALE – A CASE TURNS PERSONAL FOR INTELLIGENCE WHEN VOIGHT’S SON IS CONNECTED TO A MURDER INVESTIGATION. – When the team finds the body of a widowed, single-mother in the trunk of her car, they are shocked to discover that the victim was in constant contact with Voight’s (Jason Beghe) now-reformed son, Justin (guest star Josh Segarra). After Lindsay (Sophia Bush) and Voight find Justin has been attacked in the same manor and is critically injured, Antonio (Jon Seda) and the team know that Voight will be out for revenge. Meanwhile, Roman (Brian Geraghty) makes a difficult decision and Commander Crowley (guest star Barbara Eve Harris) has plans to make changes within the unit. 05/18/2016 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Wednesday) : THE TEAM LOOKS INTO A PYRAMID SCHEME OPERATION THAT MAY BE LINKED TO A BRUTAL MURDER. – While responding to a call of shots fired at a family residence, Lindsay (Sophia Bush) and Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) discover the only survivor is the youngest daughter who is traumatized. While Lindsay and Dr. Charles (guest star Oliver Platt) evaluate the girl and see if she can help identify the killer, Antonio (Jon Seda) and Olinsky (Elias Koteas) look into a pyramid scheme “self-help” group for potential suspects. Meanwhile, Platt (Amy Morton) tries to make the case to Commander Crowley (guest star Barbara Eve Harris) for Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and Roman (Brian Geraghty) to remain partners. 05/17/2016 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Tuesday) : DAWSON LOOKS TO MAKE A MAJOR CHANGE AND LIVES ARE IN JEOPARDY IN THE SEASON FOUR FINALE – Lt. Boden (Eamonn Walker) and Jimmy (Steven R. McQueen) find themselves at odds in dealing with the aftermath of recent events while Kidd (guest star Miranda Rae Mayo) is forced to deal with her unstable and volatile ex, Grant (guest star Guy Burnet). With the help of firehouse 51, Dawson (Monica Raymund) tries to put her best foot forward in her pursuit for fostering Louie. At the urging of Susan Weller (guest star Lauren Stamile), his new political consultant, Casey (Jesse Spencer) tends to his Alderman duties and leaves town with her to attend a three-day summit. Much to his surprise, Casey embraces his new role while Susan urges him to consider grander aspirations. Meanwhile, the house responds to a dangerous structure fire that puts one of their own in a desperate situation. 05/17/2016 (09:00PM – 10:00PM) (Tuesday) : DR. RHODES TREATS HIS MENTOR AND DR. HALSTEAD GETS SOME CLARITY IN THE SEASON FINALE – Dr. Rhodes (Colin Donnell) tends to the care of Dr. Downey (guest star Gregg Henry) while Goodwin (S. Epatha Merkerson) is forced to deal with personal issues. April (Yaya DaCosta) bears the brunt of a punch while attending to a disorderly patient, but the incident could actually prove to be a blessing in disguise. Dr. Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) discovers Goodwin has a trick up her sleeve and Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) finds her past catching up with her. Sarah’s (Rachel DiPillo) graduation day finally arrives, but she remains conflicted about mapping out her career plans for the future. Meanwhile, at the urging of Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt), Dr. Choi (Brian Tee) turns to an unlikely source for help. Marlyne Barrett also stars.

05/11/2016 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Wednesday) : BURGESS IS ON TRIAL AFTER SHOOTING AN UNIDENTIFIED MAN WHO SHE BELIEVES SHOT HER PARTNER. – After a hooded man open fires on their patrol car, Roman (Brian Geraghty) is left wounded and Burgess (Marina Squerciati) takes off after the shooter, briefly losing sight of him, and shoots when she relocates him turning in her direction with a glimmer of silver in his hand. No gun has been found at the crime scene and the shooter is identified as a 17-year-old honor student who will likely never walk again due to his injuries. Protests begin as the public views the case as another incidence of a police officer shooting an unarmed African American teenager. Assistant State Attorney Peter Stone (guest star Philip Winchester), the same man who sent Voight (Jason Beghe) to prison, has been assigned to help defend Burgess and conduct his own investigation under the supervision of State Attorney Mark Jefferies (guest star Carl Weathers). Stone and his team need to collect enough evidence to indict the teen and clear Burgess, but must tread with caution on this high profile case as tensions run high. 05/10/2016 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Tuesday) : FIREHOUSE 51 RESPONDS TO A HARROWING BUILDING COLLAPSE THAT LEAVES LIVES ON THE LINE – Truck and squad are called to the scene of a building collapse that has trapped more than a dozen victims inside of the rubble. With the structure ready to give way and not much time to react, Chief Boden (Eamonn Walker) faces a difficult decision with life-and-death ramifications. In her quest to foster Louie, Dawson (Monica Raymund) throws all her energies into the bureaucratic process necessary to make it happen, but it is the helping hand of a familiar face that gives her a fighting chance. Currently on medical leave, Otis (Yuri Sardarov) swings by the firehouse and meets his temporary replacement, hoping it is just that but fearing the worst. Meanwhile, Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Kidd (guest star Miranda Rae Mayo) continue to see each other outside of the firehouse, and Casey (Jesse Spencer) and Antonio (guest star Jon Seda) find themselves at odds and tensions flare. HALSTEAD TREAT A PATIENT STRUGGLING WITH ALCOHOL ADDICTION – April (Yaya DaCosta) and Dr. Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) handle an alcoholic homeless man with a broken leg, but they don’t see eye to eye on how to best treat his illness. Still grieving the death of her late husband, Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) experiences a medical event after realizing her wedding ring has gone missing. Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt) and Sarah (Rachel DiPillo) treat two elderly women with the exact same symptoms, but uncover a surprise that links the two cases together. Dr. Downey (guest star Gregg Henry) and Dr. Rhodes (Colin Donnell) operate on a patient refusing their recommended treatment due to religious reasons. Meanwhile, a frustrated Dr. Halstead considers a job offer in California. S. Epatha Merkerson, Marlyne Barrett and Brian Tee also star. Jesse Lee Soffer guest stars.

05/04/2016 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Wednesday) : AN INVESTIGATION IS LAUNCHED AFTER AN ABANDONED NEWBORN BABY IS FOUND BY THE LAKEFRONT. – Responding to a call about a suspicious duffle bag at the Chicago Lakefront, Voight (Jason Beghe) is horrified to discover that the bag contains the frigid and unmoving body of a newborn baby. Determined to find the culprit who abandoned the infant, Intelligence receives a promising lead based on information provided by Chicago Med and Ruzek (Patrick Flueger) helps zero in on a potential suspect. Meanwhile, Voight is surprised to hear that his son is in town and Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and Roman (Brian Geraghty) grow closer. 05/03/2016 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Tuesday) : DAWSON PUTS HER LIFE ON THE LINE TO SAVE A YOUNG BOY AND OTIS FEARS FOR THE WORST – Dawson (Monica Raymund) makes an attachment to a young boy she rescues in an apartment blaze while Kidd’s (guest star Miranda Rae Mayo) big idea for Molly’s turns into a disaster. Lt. Severide (Taylor Kinney) makes a pitch for the house to upgrade some of their fire masks but hits a wall in his efforts, prompting Lt. Casey (Jesse Spencer) to use his political influence to pull a few strings. Meanwhile, Cruz (Joe Minoso) and a reluctant Brett (Kara Killmer) bring in a secret weapon in their efforts to get Otis (Yuri Sardarov) to see Dr. Halstead (guest star Nick Gehlfuss) and take a blood test. 05/03/2016 (09:00PM – 10:00PM) (Tuesday) : DR. RHODES AND DR. DOWNEY DISAGREE ON A PATIENT’S EMERGENCY HEART SURGERY – When Dr. Rhodes (Colin Donnell) and Dr. Downey (guest star Gregg Henry) treat a patient with a multitude of health and heart issues, they uncover he might be misdiagnosed and disagree over the best course of action. Dr. Choi (Brian Tee), riding along with paramedic Sylvie Brett (guest star Kara Killmer), responds to a call for a man with a leg injury, but complications arise in getting to him since the home is wrought with excessive hoarding. Meanwhile, treating a patient who was bitten by her own dog, Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) and Sarah (Rachel DiPillo) have suspicions about the reason for the injury and what it might mean. Meanwhile, Goodwin (S. Epatha Merkerson) ensures that everyone is on their best behavior when the Joint Commission makes a surprise visit to Chicago Med to evaluate and rate the hospital’s standards. 04/26/2016 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Tuesday) : SEVERIDE IS FORCED INTO A DELICATE SITUATION AND CASEY RECEIVES A SURPRISE IN THE MAIL – Detective Holloway (guest star Jenny Mollen) continues to entrust Lt. Severide (Taylor Kinney) to watch over her young son at the firehouse while she testifies in court as part of an undercover operation. When the situation takes an unexpected turn, Severide is left to deal with the aftermath. The firehouse responds to a blaze at an art gallery that has a victim trapped inside and prompts Cruz (Joe Minoso) to make a rash decision amid the chaos. Casey (Jesse Spencer) receives a suspicious package in the mail that casts suspicion on him from the Board of Ethics. Meanwhile, Brett (Kara Killmer) discovers Otis (Yuri Sardarov) isn’t taking care of his own important issues and confronts him, but finds he is stubborn and more interested in rallying the troops to organize a trip to Las Vegas for the annual firefighting conference. 4/26/2016 (09:00PM – 10:00PM) (Tuesday) : DR. MANNING IS FORCED TO MAKE A DIFFICULT DECISION AND DR. HALSTEAD RECONNECTS WITH HIS PAST – Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) and Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt) deal with a 16-year-old patient suffering from abdominal pain who adamantly refuses any drugs for fear of winding up like her drug-addicted father. Dr. Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) relives a bit of his past when a patient, along with his brother, turn out to be former high school classmates whose past history with him is anything but stellar. Meanwhile, Dr. Choi (Brian Tee) works on a woman 32 weeks pregnant who has a big reason to do everything in her power not to deliver the child, much to the dismay of Goodwin (S. Epatha Merkerson), Charles and the hospital staff. Elsewhere, April (Yaya DaCosta) is less than thrilled to discover her brother Noah (guest star Roland Buck III) has an enterprising side-business that involves her new boyfriend Tate (guest star Deron J. Powell). Dr. Rhodes (Colin Donnell) avoids meeting up with his sister Claire (guest star Christina Brucato) so he doesn’t have to deal with family issues. Rachel DiPillo and Marlyne Barrett also star.
